David Roark has been an integral part of Terra Tech for many years. David brings hands-on experience in quality control and field services management. He has served as Quality Control Manager, overseeing construction administration activities, managing inspection staff, and coordinating testing technicians for grading, roadway, and building projects. In 2025, David became the Vice President - Operations and continues to lead project teams, ensuring efficient execution and high standards across Terra Tech’s field operations.

Notable Projects -

Buchanan County Courthouse Renovation - Special Inspections.

David assisted with managing and performing special inspections for a $12 Million (construction cost) building renovation project for the Buchanan County Courthouse.

Southern Gap Development Area - Quality Control Manager

David oversaw construction administration and inspection for the site development, roads, and utilities of a $32 million regional office park. This project also included commercial and industrial development sites, as well as a residential subdivision for the Buchanan County IDA. His leadership ensured that all aspects of the project remained on schedule and within budget.
