Patrick Owens, PE
Patrick Owens started Terra Tech Engineering alongside Billie Campbell in 1997. Patrick works diligently as Vice President of the business and as a Principal Engineer. With decades of experience in engineering, Patrick has helped shape Terra Tech into a trusted firm serving Central Appalachia.
Specializing in mining, civil, and environmental engineering fields, Patrick brings extensive expertise in architectural engineering and design, surveying, exploration, reserve evaluation, planning, and construction management. His technical knowledge and strategic approach have been instrumental in the successful execution of complex projects across the region.

Southwest Virginia Mining Company, LLC - Lead Engineer
Patrick oversees the exploration drilling project and develops the mining plan for a proposed underground mining operation and its associated facilities. He coordinates with drill operators, site construction contractors, and environmental regulatory personnel to ensure efficient execution and compliance with industry regulations.
Buchanan County Board of Supervisors - Field Engineer
Patrick served as the field engineer providing special inspections for all aspects of the multi-million dollar renovation of the Buchanan County Courthouse.
