Terra Tech Engineering provided comprehensive civil engineering services for the Southern Gap Phase One Development, a 100-acre commercial and residential project located in Southern Gap, Virginia. Working in partnership with the Buchanan County Industrial Development Authority, our team designed and implemented key infrastructure systems to support the long-term growth of this mixed-use development.
